Refund policy

 

All Faiga pieces are made to order. This means we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind for any order, in any country. Each piece is printed specifically for you, so we encourage customers to check sizes and details carefully before completing their purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thisisfaiga.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement print at no cost to you. Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

To process a claim, we require proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the damage or error. Items that have been used, marked, or are no longer in their original packaging are not eligible for replacement.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped promptly.

New Zealand and Australian orders

Our policy applies equally to customers in New Zealand and Australia. Because every piece is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or change of mind requests from either country. Damaged or incorrect items will always be replaced.

Gifts

If your order was purchased as a gift and arrives damaged, we can arrange a replacement for the recipient. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
