At Faiga, we want your artwork to arrive safely, beautifully and without any surprises. Every piece is printed to order, carefully packaged and shipped directly from our production studio.

Production, Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Delivery time is additional and begins once your order has shipped.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

New Zealand Delivery
Once dispatched:

  • Auckland and most North Island addresses usually arrive within 1–2 business days

  • South Island addresses usually arrive within 2 business days

  • Rural and remote deliveries may take a few additional business days

Australia Delivery
Australian orders are dispatched from Melbourne. Once dispatched:

  • Metro areas usually take 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas may take a few additional business days

  • Rural, remote and Western Australia deliveries can take 8-10 days following dispatch

These are standard estimates only. Delivery times vary depending on your location, state and courier, so exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Courier delays, public holidays and seasonal demand may also affect these timeframes.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Packaging

Unframed prints are shipped in protective flat mailers or tubes, depending on their size. Framed prints are securely packaged to help protect them in transit. All packaging is carefully selected to keep your artwork safe throughout its journey.

Address Accuracy

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We’re unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

If you need to make a change, email hello@thisisfaiga.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address, provided your order has not already entered production or been dispatched.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thisisfaiga.com. Please include clear photos of the artwork and its packaging.

We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
