Shipping policy

At Faiga, we want your artwork to arrive safely, beautifully, and without any surprises. Each piece is made to order, carefully packaged, and shipped directly from our production studio.

Production, Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Every artwork is printed locally, specifically for your order to ensure the highest print quality. Please allow around 2-3 days for production before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your print ships, so you can follow it right to your door.

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are 1-4 working days depending on your location, and 5-8 working days for regional/rural areas. For delivery to remote areas, please allow extra time beyond these estimates.

These are standard estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, public holidays, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Packaging

Prints are shipped in protective flat mailers or tubes depending on size. All packaging choices are selected to keep your artwork secure and arrive in perfect condition.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders delivered to incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If you need to make a change, email hello@thisisfaiga.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order goes into production.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@thisisfaiga.com with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund policy.
